REUNION - A Beer for Hope is kicking off its 2009 fundraising campaign on April 30 with our first annual REUNION - A Day for Hope. April 30 is Reunion Co-Creator Virginia MacLean's birthday. It was Virginia's wish that we continue supporting The Institute for Myeloma & Bone Cancer Research and we know of no better way to commemorate her birthday. Can you make a donation to help get our 2009 campaign started? Even $5 or $10 can make a difference, as every dollar will go to IMBCR to support research.

The Beer
This year's release will be a Double White Ale available in draught only in the San Francisco Bay Area and at Taco Mac restaurants throughout Georgia. Returning for a 3rd year as Reunion's brewing partner is Bison Brewing in Northern California. Joining us for the first time is Terrapin Brewing from Athens, GA. Kegs will be available starting July 24, 2009.

The Cause
Worldwide over 1,000 people per day are diagnosed with this cancer of the plasma. IMBCR is one of the world's leading independent researchers. Their work not only affects myeloma patients, it also produces benefits in areas such as lymphoma and breast cancer.

We loved bringing Reunion beer in bottles to the market and hope to do that again starting in 2010. For now, the best way to support Virginia's vision of bringing hope to others is for you donate the $5 or more you may have spent on pints or bottles of Reunion directly to IMBCR. Please visit the donation links on this page to help us make a difference.

Cheers!
Pete & Alan

We brewed Reunion Beer to raise awareness about Myeloma.
